I'm Carson Smith, a first-year Computer Information Systems and Technology major at UT Dallas who's passionate for IT infrastructure—both Cloud and On-Prem—and DevOps. I'm driven by my belief that every organization, team, or individual uses technology, and it's on me to not only ensure it runs, but to ensure the technology advances the user. Despite being a first-year, I've leveraged IT skills and knowledge at UTD Comet Robotics as their Director of Facilities, and I've previously worked as a DevOps Engineer at CS_Squared, which is also a startup I founded.
